Highlights

Shipped a verifiable CSFE credential registry with sequential serials. First engineer certified: SFE000001.
Established the Foundation, a Landscape, a Trail Map, and a maturity model nobody asked for.
Grew the project count from "one thing" to "one thing surrounded by ambition."
Achieved ISO 9000.0.0.1 self-certification (self-issued, self-audited, pending).

To our believers,

This year we proved what the industry refused to consider: that the runtime humanity already trusts with its most critical data can also schedule its containers. We spent nothing, earned nothing, and reconciled everything. That is not a rounding error. That is the mission.

Next year we intend to spend nothing again, more ambitiously.
